is a berlin-based artist and musician. since 1997 he has mainly focused on electronic music. he plays the electric guitar and employs an audio set-up comprising delays and a mixer configured to a closed-circuit system linking the individual elements. he creates installations that deliberately do without 230 volts, amplifiers and loudspeakers. instead he arranges seemingly simple objects into eccentric tableaus using tensile strength, gravity and air pressure.
